At ReNewedPC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every laptop we sell is imported, tested, and verified, ensuring you receive a reliable device at the best price in Pakistan. This Return & Refund Policy explains all terms clearly, so customers can purchase with confidence.


1. Return & Exchange Policy

1.1 3-Day Return & Exchange

Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The laptop must be returned in the same condition as sold.
  • All accessories, box/packaging, and warranty slip must be included.
  • Returns without a valid bill/warranty slip will not be accepted.
  • “Change of mind” returns are allowed within 3 days.

1.2 Conditions Where Return Is Not Accepted

ReNewedPC will not accept returns/exchanges if:

  • The laptop has physical damage, liquid damage, dents, or cracks.
  • The warranty seal is broken or tampered with.
  • The product is mishandled by the customer.
  • Software issues or viruses are detected.
  • Display complaints arise after usage.

1.3 Online Orders – Return/Exchange Shipping

For online orders:

  • Return/exchange shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • The item must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

2. Refund Policy

At ReNewedPC, we aim to keep our refund process fair and transparent. Please read the following refund terms carefully before making a purchase.

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
  • The laptop must be returned in original condition, without any damage.
  • All accessories, packaging, and original bill/warranty slip must be included.
  • Refunds are applicable only if:
    • A major hardware fault is found that cannot be repaired or replaced.
    • The product delivered is incorrect or faulty at the time of delivery.

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • After the 3-day return window has passed.
  • For change of mind after 3 days.
  • If the warranty seal is broken or tampered with.
  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or mishandling by the customer.
  • Software-related issues, viruses, or Windows problems.
  • Display complaints arising after usage.
  • Issues not covered under warranty.
  • Cosmetic concerns such as scratches or signs of prior use.

2.3 Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed via:
    • Bank transfer
    • Original payment method (where applicable).
  • Refund processing may take 5-7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Any delivery or courier charges are non-refundable.

2.4 Online Orders – Refund Shipping

  • For online orders, return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • Any damage during return shipping will make the product ineligible for a refund.

2.5 Warranty vs Refund Clarification

  • After the 3-day refund period, customers are only eligible for repair or replacement under warranty.
  • No refunds will be provided after 3 days, even if a warranty claim is accepted.

4. Important Conditions

  • ReNewedPC does not guarantee cosmetic perfection on imported laptops (minor scratches are normal for pre-owned imports).
  • Unauthorized repairs or opening of the device voids warranty.
  • Customers must back up data before sending a laptop for warranty. ReNewedPC is not responsible for data loss.
  • Warranty covers repair or replacement of faulty hardware; refunds are not provided after the 3-day return window.
